The real estate investment course you've been looking for!
Virtual Course September 15 & 22
Real estate makes sense.
Buy a house, rent it out, and create monthly cash flow over and over again. Want a bigger payday? Buy a house, fix it up, and sell for a profit. Everyone needs a place to live. Real assets that produce real cash flow. Real estate makes sense.
Real estate can solve problems.
With enough rental properties a person could replace their W-2 income and create financial independence. Flipping 1 or 2 properties a year has the potential to replace a persons income. Flipping 1 or 2 properties alone could help pay off a credit card, pay for their children's college, take a dream vacation, or help fund their retirement. When done correctly real estate can solve a lot of problems.
Real estate can also create problems.
With reward comes risk. Did the investor get a good deal? How is the investor going to fund the project? How will they manage and plan the renovation? There's a ton of "What If" questions. Unfortunately, people jump into real estate investing without knowing what they don't know. Those who battle through the school of hard knocks can be left hating the investment that they once thought was going to be a fun and profitable experience.
Education is the difference maker.
When is the best time to learn how to do something? The answer is BEFORE jumping into it! Aspiring real estate investors (and private money lenders) who want to be successful are taking the time to learn as much as they can. Learning from others with experience can save a person a ton of time and money.
That is why we created the REI Essentials Course.
We will be covering the essentials of real estate investing. We call these essentials the "5 F's of Real Estate". Foundation, finding, funding, fixing, and flipping. This course is thoughtfully laid out in a way to provide what we believe to be the absolute essentials in terms of real estate investment education. What people need to know before jumping in to the world of real estate investing.
Course Outline
“Developing Your Game Plan.”
Join Noah and Christy as they take a deep dive into what they call the “Essentials” of real estate investing. Why do some real estate investors make it and others don’t? What should an investor focus their time, energy, and money on?
In this session we will learn things that many investors wish they had known before they started their real estate investing journey.
- 3 Types of Cashflow Goals
- The importance of “Devaluing Money”
- Using real estate to build a recession proof business
- Understanding the Fund, Find, Fix, & Flip Model
- Real Estate Investing Principles that Investors Can't Afford To Miss
“How to find, analyze, and underwrite deals.”
In this session Noah and Christy break down how to create dealflow. Imagine having motivated sellers calling us to buy their houses. Learn how to stop chasing deals and overcome the false mentality of “There’s no deals in my market”. Learn how to find great deals and quickly analyze the numbers.
Follow the system that Noah and Christy use to crunch the numbers and put together great deals for themselves (and their lenders).
- Discovering our motivated sellers niche
- Keys to finding off market properties (even while on a shoestring budget)
- Finding deals from sellers eager to sell
- Formulas for analyzing deals that help keep investors and lenders safe
“Must know strategies for gaining access to money.”
What if we could invest in real estate using very little (if any) of our own money? If money wasn’t an issue, would it be easier to say “YES” to opportunities?
Learn how Noah and Christy use Private Lenders, Hard Money Lenders, and others to fund their real estate investments.
During this session we will learn how to build these types of relationships, where to find people interested in funding our real estate projects, what to say, how to say it, what documents to use, and more.
- Understanding the different types of loans and lender opportunities
- Where to find private lenders and attracting them to our deals
- Using other people’s money to flip properties and build a rental portfolio
- Important Negotiating strategies for borrowers and lenders
“How to quickly estimate repairs, hire contractors, and minimize renovation headaches.”
Understanding how to properly plan a renovation project can make or break an investor.
In this session you will learn how to find good contractors, the essential documents needed for proper planning, and the systems that Christy uses when managing her projects.
- Learn how to quickly estimate repairs.
- Steps to building scopes of work.
- Essential contracts when working with Contractors.
- Must knows for renovating rental properties and fix and flip projects.
“How to button up an investment by getting it sold or rented quickly and protecting our assets while doing it.”
Whether an investor's goal is to fix and flip or build a rental portfolio, getting properties sold and rented quickly is critical. In this session we will learn how to do both. Not understanding how to get our properties making us money (as fast as possible) leaves all of our hard work for nothing. Learn how to get our assets producing cash flow as quickly as possible. For those who want to make sure they protect what they’ve worked so hard to build, join us for a bonus session with CEO of Corporate Capital, Brent Carlson. In this session Brent will discuss the long term and short term benefits of real estate book keeping, professional tax services, asset protection, and more.
- Discovering what exit strategy is right for us
- Significant investor strategies for selling properties fast
- Property management must knows for selecting great tenants
- Top level protection to help keep us safe

A word from the instructors...
Hello, there!
Thank you for checking out our 2 Day Virtual Course - REI Essentials. Whether you are a new investor looking for an edge, or a private money lender looking to sharpen their skills, this is the class for you.
When we started our real estate investing business the goal was never to be the biggest or flashiest company out there. Our goal was simple. It was to use real estate as tool to help us live the lifestyle we wanted to live. We had just gotten married and wanted to be able to spend time together, be there for our family, start a family of our own, and have the time to pursue the things in life we were passionate about. Real estate has allowed us to do those things.
We've been around the Real Estate education and coaching space since 2005. Married in 2013, we started our current real estate investing company.
What we've learned over the years is the importance of what we call the Real Estate Essentials. If we were to ask you, "What's the most important aspect of real estate investing? Foundation, Finding, Funding, Fixing, or flipping?" What would you say? An argument could be made for each of them. What many aspiring real estate investors fail to realize is that they are all equally as important.
We meet people all the time who think that just because they have the funds they will be successful. Those people learn the hard way that money means nothing if they don't know how to analyze a deal or how to keep a contractor on schedule. We see people all the time who are great at finding deals but they don't know how to get access to the funding. We even come across people who have the money and the contractors to be successful yet their exit strategy is off and they struggle to sell or rent their properties.
The 5 F's (Foundation, Find, Fund, Fix, and Flip) are essential to one anther. We are here to help teach the key elements within the 5 F's. Understanding this Real Estate Investment knowledge is a game changer. The goal for this course is simple; empower you with that knowledge.
See you in class!
Noah & Christy
